ULA 408
ULA 408 is one of our group’s first stand-alone retail project. Located in Union Latino America, just 2 blcoks away from ULA metro station, this property consists of 1000m2 of retail and warehousing space.
Plaza EL SOL
This project, made up of 63 retail units, is located in the heart of Estación Central. Situated just three blocks away from Union Lationamericana metro station, Plaza El Sol is frequently visited by small to medium wholesalers across the Chilean territory.
Plaza Nobiarch
Completed in June 2011, Plaza Nobiarch is a commercial project situated in central Santiago. The project comprises of retail strata and office space in Santiago’s busiest business district.
Logistica 555
This ‘bunker’ look-like project is located a couple of blocks away from Barrio Meiggs. Comprising of over 8000m2 of storage space, this project was built to provide logistic and storage solutions to our tenants.
Centro Comercial Chinatown
Centro Comercial Chinatown, built in the year 2005, is the first commercial project developed by our group. This commercial project, comprised of 70 retail units, is located in the first block of Estacion Central’s busiest area, bustling Barrio Meiggs. In the year 2019, it underwent through an extensive refurbishment process.
San Alfonso 428
This stand-alone retail property is situated in San Alfonso, prime retail street in Santiago Center’s busiest business district. It comprises of around 600m2 of retail, office and warehousing space.
